Original abstract

Reproducibility script covering the model-performance, calibration, agreement, reproducibility, and sensitivity analyses reported in the manuscript "Phase-Based Dynamic Prediction of Delayed Cerebral Ischemia After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage: Comparison of a Large Language Model With Intensive Care Specialists". Patient-level data are not included because of privacy and ethical restrictions. The expected input structure is documented in README.md and in the supplementary data dictionary accompanying the manuscript. See README.md for the methodological conventions implemented (DeLong confidence intervals, prespecified clinician probability coding, patient-level clustered bootstrap, landmark-restricted and equal-granularity sensitivity analyses) and for the mapping between functions and manuscript tables.
