The central formal result is: parse("Three beats to two") = (3,2) = sig(P), where the lyric phrase "Three beats to two" yields the ordered pair (3,2), and Pettini's proposal employs three spatial and two temporal dimensions. The technical note documents the ETQ-101 source geometry, the matching CHAKRA-ASCENT-101 receiver model, event and frequency laws, the generative transformation boundary, fixed-window spectral measurements, chronology, cryptographic provenance, and explicit evidential limits.
