Original abstract

Effective dissemination of evaluation findings is critical to ensuring that evidence informs decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups. This chapter illustrates how generative AI (GenAI) tools were applied to enhance dissemination during the reporting and use phase of an evaluation undertaking. By integrating tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Napkin AI, and Canva, the author was able to rapidly convert a technical report into tailored dissemination products: an executive summary, a presentation, and a graphic one-pager, each aligned to specific audience needs. This chapter demonstrates how GenAI can expand evaluators’ dissemination capacity while maintaining accuracy, accessibility, and stakeholder relevance and emphasizes the importance of human oversight to ensure rigor and transparency.
